• Two (2) exhibit hall passes inclusive of access to lunch on Monday and Tuesday (additional exhibit hall passes may be purchased for $500 each)
• Option to purchase two (2) reduced rate attendee conference registrations at the rate of $950 each (standard registration terms & conditions apply)
• Live virtual booth on BroadcastMed platform (opt-in required - contact Lori Dahmes to set-up the virtual booth)
• Company name and link to website and online company description on conference webpage
• Access to the pre-conference registration list one week in advance of the event (includes name, title, and company)

Upon request, approval of mailing material, and signature on the List Use Agreement, you can also receive access to the post-conference attendee list containing name, title, company, and mailing address. 

Booth Reminders: 

• The application fee is for space only and does not include items such as carpet,  furniture, or electricity
• Distribution of samples, souvenirs, publications, marketing materials, or any sales promotion activities must be conducted only from within booth space.
• Exhibitors must obtain prior approval for additional contracted booth attendants, staff, models, or entertainers hired by the Exhibitor.  Additional fees may apply.
